Meet our Founder and CEO Joshuah Kolasinski. Josh has been in the fire industry for over 8 years and has always had a knack for innovation and how it could influence the fire industry as a whole. Through his love for the industry and brothers he is surrounded by, he set off to make an impact.

"In this line of work, we are forced to perform at our best. There is no room for failure or hesitation. I believe our products fix some common flaws seen in our work every day." Given this mission, Josh created the (Quick Draw Webbing System).

"Everyone has witnessed someone fumble their webbing on deployment. It seems like a simple task to open a pocket to retrieve what is inside. As we all know high heat, zero visibility, and a life or death situation changes everything. Whether this be the probationary fireman or the senior guy. This device fixes this problem, permanently."

Outside of work, Josh has a beautiful wife and two energetic toddlers. He enjoys building new concepts, home remodels/renovations, and watching his two little ones grow up. Even with his ever-busy schedule, he created Nobility Industries, and he plans to push the boundaries of innovation in the fire service.
